2. Beer without shape

Amorphic Beer got its start in a corporate cubicle at a large multinational conglomerate with a group of engineers. Fast forward a decade and change, and instead of designing computed tomography (CT) systems, gas turbine engines, and nuclear submarine components, our attention is now devoted to beer.

Art and Science, that's what beer is. We take the science part to the extreme, developing models for flavor profiles and brewing processes with the same methods from that annoying corporate job. We design and build almost everything ourselves (including the beer of course), in order to achieve the exact results we are looking for!

Our passion comes from trying to make the best beer we possibly can, learning something new with each batch, and taking that knowledge into the next one.

We rarely make the same beer twice to keep it interesting, but you'll find our beers are: Hop Forward (Hazy and West Coast IPAs), Czech inspired (Světlý Ležák/Pilsner, Tmavé Pivo, Polotmavý), SE Asian Lagers, and weird stuff (how's a cactus fruit and hibiscus sour, or a cucumber gin botanical lemon sea salt Kölsch sound?).
